Q: What are virgin hair extensions?

A: Refers to hair that is completely unprocessed, and intact. To qualify as virgin hair, it must meet rigorous standards including: not been permed, dyed, colored, bleached, chemically processed in any way. This also means it comes from a single donor, and all cuticles are intact, running in the same direction.

Q: How much hair will I need?

A: It really depends on the look you are going for. Longer and fuller styles typically require more hair. For an average sized head, here’s my suggestion:

 12"-14"= 2 bundles

16"-20"= 3 bundles

22"-30"= 4 bundles or more

Q: How big are your bundles?

A: A bundle weighs approximately 3.5-3.7 ounces no matter the length of hair, that’s why you need more bundles for longer hair.

Q: How is the length of the hair measured?

A: Hair length is ALWAYS MEASURED IN IT'S STRETCHED LENGTH AS IN COMPLETELY STRAIGHT AND NEVER IN IT'S CURL OR WAVE PATTERN.

Q: What colors does the hair come in?

A: Virgin hair only comes in the natural color of the donors which is typically 1b-4 (dark brown to light brown).

Q: How long is processing & delivery and do you offer overnight shipping?

A: Once payment is cleared, shipping is 2-3 business days anywhere in the USA. And I do not offer overnight shipping at this time.  Since the  package requires a signature, a  P.O. box  cannot  be used, the USPS workers won't sign for it.

Q: What if  UPS said they've delivered my order but I can't find it?

A:  We're sorry but all we can do is suggest you check with family/room mates /neighbors/building security etc. We cannot be held responsible for anything shipped in good faith and stated as delivered.

Q: Can the hair be colored/bleached/dyed?

A: YES! This hair is 100% virgin hair therefore it can handle the coloring process very well.

Q: Can the hair be straightened/curled?

A: YES! But make sure to treat as your own hair. Please know that constant heat can and will damage the hair

Q: Does the hair tangle/mat/shed?

A: Expect to experience little to no shedding. With proper care the hair doesn’t mat nor tangle. Avoid cutting the wefts, if cut, may cause shedding. You may seal wefts but it is not mandatory.

Q: Will I need to co-wash the hair?

A: The term “co-wash” is short for “conditioner wash” meaning you only wash with hair with a good moisturizing conditioner only. No shampoo. When you first receive your hair you don’t have to co-wash it but it’s down to preference, however it is important to always wash your hair once a week. But condition the hair every day, this allows your hair to restore to its natural moisture and shine.

Q: How long will my hair last for?

A: Your hair can last a very long time if maintained properly, up to a year or two! Once the hair is cut from a donors scalp it stops receiving the much needed nutrients that nourish and keep the hair feeling soft. It’s essential that you keep the hair up with the right products.

Q: What products do I use to maintain the hair?

A: Avoid shampoo and conditioning products which use Sulfates, Isopropyl Alcohol, Formaldehyde and Propylene Glycol, these are strong chemicals which will strip the hair of natural oils and leave them dry and sometimes damaged if used for a prolonged period of time. Please refer to the “HAIR CARE” guide for products that I recommend.

Q: If I change my mind, can I send the hair back?

A: Unfortunately, NO. All sales are final. No returns or no refunds!!
